You can start your Christmas shopping now - we accept returns until January 10th.

You have 14 days to return your items, starting from the day you receive them.

When returning a product, please include the original delivery note with your order number and full name.

If you prefer not to use our return portal, please contact us at info@nunoo.dk and await approval of your return before shipping. Include your order number (EUR-XXXXXX) in the email.

Please note:

• We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping if you don’t use our return portal.
• We recommend using tracked shipping or our return portal to ensure safe delivery.
• Returns must be sent to the correct address in Denmark – we do not collect parcels from parcel shops.
• DAO does not deliver to business addresses, so please choose another courier.

To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be in unused condition — just like trying it on in a physical store. If the item shows signs of use beyond that, it cannot be returned.

Once we receive and approve your return, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. This may take up to 3–5 business days.

Returns from outside Denmark must be paid for by the buyer. Returns from within Denmark are free.

Claims
You are entitled to claim your purchase within 24 months. Complaints do not cover if it is caused by improper use, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear. Upon complaint, you must write to us at claims@nunoo.dk where our complaints department will take care of the case. You have to be aware of the fact, that you have to show us a valid confirmation of your purchase, if you will claim. 

Furthermore you have to be aware of that it can take up to five business days, before you'll get answer about your claim.

We would like to point out that the silver coating on our bag's zippers and buckles might lose some of their silver / gold color over time. Under their silver / gold color they are bronzed. All zippers and buckles are nickel free.  

Personal pickup
You are very welcome to pick up your order from our Núnoo showroom. The order will be ready for pickup three business days after the order is placed. You can pick up your order at following address:

DELIVERY:

Order Dispatch 

All UPS/DHL orders are shipped within 1-2 working days from the moment the order is placed. BudBee orders are dispatched on all working days.  

Depending on your location (not including Spain), the delivery may take up to 3-7 working days.  

If you want to receive the package faster, there is the option for UPS Express at the Check-out. 

Please note, that Núnoo is not responsible for delays in shipping due to unforeseen circumstances with the shipping couriers.  

Please note that additional import and custom charges might apply in your specific country.

Spain 
Please note that DHL orders to Spain are delivered to a warehouse in Germany – and from there, the package will be delivered via car to Spain. Therefore, the package does not get any new scans during the transit from Germany to Spain.  Once the package has reached Spain, there will be a scan on the package again. Packages sent with DHL can expect a delivery estimate of 7-11 working days depending on the location.

United states
We offer delivery with FedEx and UPS to United States. 

Estimated delivery time 5-9 workdays.

Since the U.S. government has eliminated the de minimis threshold for all countries, making the rule apply regardless of country of origin. That means every shipment — regardless of value or origin — will now go through formal or informal customs entry and be assessed import duties, taxes, and fees.

This can cause delays on all packages to the U.S. and it can take an extra 2-4 business days to deliver the packages.

Remote Areas

If you order via DHL and reside in a remote area, an extra fee may apply.

Free Shipping 

Enjoy free shipping (only UPS Standard Parcel Shop, DHL Parcel Shop and BudBee) when buying over 99 € within EU. * (Greece, Croatia and Irland is not freight free)
Freight for purchases under 99 € cost 7-25 € within EU.

Note: Free shipping does not apply to Slovakia, Serbia, Greek Islands, Croatia, Malta and Ireland.  

Track & Trace

Once the order has been shipped, we advise you to keep an eye out on the tracking link as this will inform you once the order is ready for pick-up. This is to prevent any unwanted returns and additional shipping fees for a re-shipment.

Tracking will be updated within 12 hours after pick-up by the courier.

If the order is not picked up in due time, it will be returned to the warehouse. If the package is to be sent out again, we can send it out again for an extra shipping fee. Please contact info@nunoo.dk regarding a new shipment.

Please note, that Núnoo is not responsible for any additional shipping costs, if the order is not picked up in due time as we advise to please check the tracking link frequently as this will inform you once the order is ready for pick-up.

We send all items as packages, which makes it possible to track them if problem arise or the package does not appear. Be aware of the fact, that it can take up to 24 hours before you can use your tracking number. If the package is not picked up and therefore returned to Núnoo it cost 6 EUR. They will be deducted from the amount that will be automatically reversed when the Núnoo receives the package return.

Special Campaigns

During special campaigns, we receive many orders and therefore, there can be additional shipping time up to an extra 1-2 business days.

Payment
At Núnoo you can pay with the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Visa Electron. You can also pay with Paypal, IDEAL payments, GiroPay and Klarna. The amount will be deducted from your account only when the goods are shipped from our warehouse. All prices include VAT. 25% VAT. Customers outside of EU have to pay a TAX. We use an encrypted ssl-connection and only PBS can read your information. Núnoo cannot view your personal data.

Reservations
We take reservations for sold out items, typographical errors and typos.

*It is not possible to combine vouchers with other discounts or on already discounted items. We reserve the right for errors in discount codes and do not refund any money after purchase.
